Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pro Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify upsell
opportunities and drive product adoption
Understand customer business needs and collaborate with teams to
enhance product features based on feedback
Achieve sales goals by managing a robust sales pipeline and working
with various teams to maximize product utilization
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a sales role with quota
responsibilities
1-2 years of closing experience in a SaaS/Software environment
preferred
Experience in consultative sales, including upselling and
negotiating
Connection or experience in the home services or construction
industry is valued
Bachelor's degree preferred
