  • Interventional Radiology Technologist - 10 hr days - UT Southwestern Medical Center - Dallas, TX
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Start Date: ASAP (no orientation 11/25)
  • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40
  • Shift Requirements: 10 hr. Day Shift (7:00a-5:30p)
  • Primary Location: UT Southwestern Medical Center
  • Contractor will need to take some weekend call due to call rotation. Holiday rotation (One major/1 minor).
  • Charting Experience: WITT
  • Unit Overview: Interventional Radiology 5 hospital-based laboratories and 1 outpatient. Five fluoroscopy labs 1 combination CT/Flouro lab. This is an academic facility working with faculty, fellows, and residents.
  • COVID Vaccine required (exemptions will be considered)

    • Required Certifications: ARRT RT (CT cert is a plus, not required), AHA BLS & AHA ACLS
    • Minimum Experience: 2+ yrs in specialty
    • **previous travel and level I trauma experience required**
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift Requirements: 10 hr. Day Shift (7:00a-5:30p)
      • On Call/Call Back Requirements: On call with a 45 minute response time is required. 6 to 8 days per month between overnight & weekend call
      • Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Contractor will need to take some weekend call due to call rotation. Holiday rotation (One major/1 minor).
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit Overview: Interventional Radiology 5 hospital-based laboratories and 1 outpatient. Five fluoroscopy labs 1 combination CT/Flouro lab. This is an academic facility working with faculty, fellows, and residents.
        • Desired Skillset: Able to scrub and circulate for various IR procedures.

          • GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
