Description We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Super Pool Nurse to join our team at Medical City Dallas. As a member of our nursing staff, you will provide direct patient care to pediatric acute and critically ill patients. You will be responsible for organizing, implementing, modifying, evaluating, documenting, and maintaining individualized, family-centered, and holistic care plans. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe and therapeutic environment and participate in initiatives and process improvement efforts. This role will require a willingness to switch shifts based on the facility's needs. • Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
• BSN required within 24 months of hire into RN position (if hired after 6/1/12)
• 2 years of critical care experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Neonate Resuscitation certification
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification
• Registered Nurse
