Our goal is to deliver innovative products that inspire confidence, so that people are able to live and work each day in confidence.We're seeking a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative for Hesco Bastion to support our existing business while also playing a vital role in growth initiatives and projects within the defense and government sectors. The incumbent will be empowered to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build our multi-brand go-to-market approach, to help make our customers' premises safe and secure around the world. The position will report to the Hesco Bastion Channel Manager.This role is central to strengthening the position of Hesco Bastion within the North American and Global markets while also supporting and being one of the main contact points for new leads and prospects. To be successful in this environment, the ideal candidate will have the ability to manage, motivate and drive themselves and play an important linking role between customers, suppliers, partners, and our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Manage incoming sales inquiries, provide pricing quotations, and follow up on leads to convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Support existing customers while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Assist in managing government and defense contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Oversee key operational aspects, including logistics coordination and supplier deliveries.
  • Work closely with production, planning, and freight teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • Utilize ERP and CRM systems to track sales activities and manage customer data efficiently.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience and internal efficiencies.
  • Maintain a positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach in daily interactions. Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or sales/logistics administration.
    • Strong background in an international business environment, preferably within defense, government, or security sectors.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
    • Business development experience with a focus on sales growth and account management.
    • Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
    • Ability to plan, manage resources, and work effectively within a matrix organization.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
    • High work ethic and personal integrity, acting as a change agent within the organization.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business tools. What We Offer:
