  • Design and execute experiments establishing necessary specifications for industrial use.
  • Accurately document lab work, including experimental methods and results.
  • Communicate technical findings through presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with chemists, technicians, field sales, service teams, manufacturing, and customers to ensure product performance and support.
  • Work within a team to address customer needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Develop and adjust formulations based on lab data and production batch outcomes.
  • Partner with the QC team to establish and validate test specifications and methodologies.QUALIFICATIONS
    • B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field
    • 2+ years of experience with industrial lubricant formulations
