Job Title: National Account Executive

Location: Carrollton, TX

Pay Rate: $80K to $100K BOE

Schedule:Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM



Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple client accounts and projects with effective time management.

- Develop and execute customized marketing strategies to support national growth objectives.

- Represent the company at key national events such as trade shows, golf tournaments, and networking functions, promoting our brand and services.

- Serve as the liaison and partner to develop pricing strategies and negotiate job scopes and contracts.

- Act as the primary point of contact for national clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.

- Monitor and analyze customer trends to anticipate needs and identify opportunities.

- Drive lead generation and promote all verticals and service lines to a national client base.



Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in executive-level sales or marketing within the construction or renovation industry.

- Proven track record of client development and account management success.

- Strong network and existing book of business in multifamily, hospitality, or renovation construction.

- Reliable transportation and ability to travel frequently (20%+ overnight travel required).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; CRM experience preferred.

- Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
