Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center - Bilingual Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries regarding
insurance coverage, rates, and billing issues
Provide expertise on insurance products and services to ensure
appropriate coverage
Demonstrate empathy and support customers in setting up new claim
reports after accidents
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years
post-secondary education
Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
For sales positions, a Property & Casualty license is required or
must be obtained during training
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems effectively
Customer service experience is preferred
