Construction Manager (Grand Praire, Tx)

Present & estimate prjct budget reports for apprvl.
Req'd to submit material submittal to client to better eval the
upfront cost per prjct.
Maintain/docmnt PMS (project management sheet) as req'd.
Docmnt job progress in company-designated system/s at req'd
intervals.
Facilitate prjct setup & close out as req'd.
Quickly address any concerns w/ internal & external clients to help
elevate any issues that may arise dealing w/ budgeting of the
prjct.
Complete estimate change orders per prjct.
Attend & participate in any company or industry training as req'd
to keep up to date w/ industry stndrds.
Req's a master's degree in construction.
