Mutual is hiring for Commercial Inside Sales Representatives to
work in Liberty Lake, WA or Plano, TX. This position requires
agents to live 50 miles or less from Liberty Lake, WA or Plano, TX.
We offer a flexible hybrid schedule that allows agents to work both
in-person at the Liberty Lake, WA or Plano, TX office and remotely.

client service. As a Licensed Territory Representative, you'll
utilize systems to track customer inquiries, gather valuable
information, and identify their unique insurance needs. We value

sales! Compensation: $58,000-$65,000 first year $45,000 base salary
+ uncapped monthly sales incentive. Comprehensive benefits from Day

Schedule: ** Unlicensed training begins January 13 th & licensed
training begins January 27 th** We provide comprehensive training
for new hires, offering paid training of either 6 weeks licensed or
8 weeks for those seeking to obtain a personal lines producer
license. During training, the hours are Monday to Friday from 7am
to 3:30pm (PST) or 9am-5:30pm (CST). After your first month of
on-the-job training is completed and you transition to your regular
team/position, your schedule will generally start 10:15am 7:00pm
PST for those in WA or 7:00am-3:45 CST for those of you in TX,
Monday Friday. Schedule Details: Licensed Sales Center operating
hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm. Saturday
6:00am to 5:00pm. Sunday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Shifts are based on
individual performance and overall business needs. Must be
available to work for all hours of operations. Qualifications At
least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service An
engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
